The Annex at Smash Studios offers Private Production Studios for long-term rental for the music producer, video editor, and engineer. This private floor launched in 2019 is a highly professional environment with secure entrance, newly renovated bathrooms, and dedicated lounge. All Production Studios are individual floated, soundproof, and tuned control rooms with isolated ground receptacle wired to an iso-transformer. The Production Studios are wired to an isolation booth and include electric, AC/heat, individually wired alarm systems, and dedicated WIFI at no additional charge. The Annex was created to offer Professionals in the Music and Film Industries studios that they can not only proudly use to work with clients, but also an environment of like-minded professionals to potentially collaborate with.
